That's wrong, man. As a fan base, we can't say Karma is the reason for an injury to a former Saint.

We've gotta be better than that.

Better than what? We disrespected him. He and his wife made that as public as they could and weeks into the season he still won't let go a business decision.

Karma is real. "WE" got nothing to do with that.

Title of the thread made me laugh out loud.

Sorry to see that happen to Sproles though. Hopefully he heals up fast.

I completely believe in Karma. But injury is not something that can be laughed at or made fun of regardless of circumstances. These guys put it on the line with their bodies to entertain us.

I don't think it's funny...just an opinion.

I never typed "LOL" or "LMAO" or said I thought it was "funny".

I did make a play on his own words as he played the "disrespect" card multiple times and very publicly along with his wife refused to let a business decision be just that.

I'm not smiling. I'm not laughing at his injury. Rather I read the news with a wink of the eye and an accepting nod of my head that here's just another bit of evidence that karma is real.

I'm too old to fool around trying to be politically correct. I don't think I've ever made fun of a player's injury, certainly not a serious injury. I'm a Saints fan. Sproles left here angry and chose to make insinuations about the organization that I support...and he played the "disrespect" card, which is, in my opinion, about 1/16 higher on the scale than the "race" card.

So you go ahead and rise above. I'll stay right here, level, knowing that Karma is real.

:peace: OUT

"Sproles Disrespected by Karma" isn't making a joke at his expense using satire? I reckon I'll stay confused on that one, then.

And this not a political correctness issue, either.

Political Correctness definition: conforming to a belief that language and practices which could offend political sensibilities (as in matters of sex or race) should be eliminated.

Looked up the definition of Karma, but honestly I wish Sproles was still here.

Karma means action, work or deed;[1] it also refers to the principle of causality where intent and actions of an individual influence the future of that individual.[2] Good intent and good deed contribute to good karma and future happiness, while bad intent and bad deed contribute to bad karma and future suffering.[3][4] Karma is closely associated with the idea of rebirth in some schools of Asian religions.[5] In these schools, karma in the present affects one's future in the current life, as well as the nature and quality of future lives - or, one's saṃsāra.[6]
