know what honestly bothers me, dude is being held in jail for close to a year right now and he has never been convicted of anything. That's BS

That does raise a red flag, but upon further review, he is under investigation for allegations that he drugged and sexually assaulted as many as nine women in five states.

Maybe he's considered a flight risk, maybe it has something to do with multiple investigations in multiple states, IDK, but I'm pretty sure they've reviewed the 6th Amendment & covered their bases.

They're both innocent until proven guilty?

well I did read where the Arizona judge made the decision based off of their law, and I (unfortunately) really do think he is guilty of this. Basically their law says something along the lines if it is shown he likely committed the crime he can be held without bail. That said, it isn't fair to hold someone in jail who hasn't been convicted, in my opinion. They could take his Passport to prevent him from leaving the country.

Either way, and as sad as it is because I liked him so much, he seems very guilty.

A man with the resources he has could easily disappear withiut a passport. We do the same here and we are a island not a country that is landlocked to the north and south.

Could you imagine the outrage if he skipped to Mexico or South America

It's so weird. He's a handsome guy. He's got plenty of money. He's a former professional athlete turned sports analyst. It's always hard to comprehend these guys being serial rapist. Just throw her a couple thousand dollars. I'm pretty sure she'll let you put it wherever you want.

Let's see how this all plays out. He seems guilty.

Yeah, no doubt. It boggles the mind, but I think that definitely points to rape being about much more than sex. Something about humiliating them must have got him off. It is a weird perversion. I say weird meaning bazaar.

Yeah, from what I have read he's guilty, and his only hope is that they don't allow any facts about the other accusations and the trials are all independent. Because when you start talking about multiple accusations in multiple states... man it is hard not to draw conclusions.

To make sure it is stated, I am not arguing that I hope the other accusations and charges are not allowed to be included in his trials, I am just stating facts and information I read.

I really don't think that is viable, but even if it is I find it wrong to hold someone in jail for crimes they are not convicted of. You can disagree and that is your right, but you're not going to change my mind about this.

I'm not tripping. I'm not judgemental.

But on another case, I think they threw out those other murders in the Hernandez trial, and I always assumed he wouldn't go to jail for Odin Lloyd.

So question, do the Saints sign him? That would be killer for our team....😏😏😏😏
