Now on NFL Network, Eric was saying Sean P would be a good fit for AtlaFal. He would have young qb to develop and a good defensive line. I KNOW SeanP will leave Saints one day. There are 30 teams for him to go to. Take out 32 N.O. and 31 AtlFal.

LO!! I am not picking on AF , AF fans, Smith. I am really saying the opposite.
Having a press conference is like rubbing Smith's face in it. The team has not gone all the way with him. He has reached his stopping point with the team.
If he had won a SB and gone to Playoffs a few year, had some kind of really good record, maybe so and have a press conference.
Let the man and his staff go and let them save face.

Oh, the irony of Mike Smith. You know his #1 priority this season was to beat the Saints. Mission accomplished, no taking that away but he still finished behind us and was fired. It almost sounds like some handshake with the devil.
