"For him, the legacy he left at Georgia. ... He'd definitely fit in great from a competitive standpoint."

We figure Quinn's tongue was planted firmly in his cheek, but if it wasn't, that doesn't say much about what he thinks of the Falcons backfield.

I don't know how much his bones can take at his age, over a long haul, but in short stints as a role player? Maybe so. I don't know how much people know about Herschel's physical fitness these days, but he's a better athlete than most people in the world RIGHT NOW.

He's built like a tank, runs around a 4.3 something according to him, last I heard. Now just to be safe let's just assume he's exaggerating the 40 time a little, and you can still bet he isn't far off. Most people retire and just give up trying to stay in shape, but this guy is always trying to do something new.

I wouldn't doubt his ability to contribute in some way. It's his bones at that age, where I don't know what kind of beating he can take, I wouldn't worry about strength or agility. And also his reaction skills after being away for almost two decades. I'm sure this won't actually happen, but just the idea of it might not be as funny as some might think.

If he can't do it nobody can at that age, man is a fitness beast. It would be cool to see late in a preseason game. Who would not want to see him carry the rock a few times.

The dude is trained in MMA would not question his fitness. But what you say about old bones would be the issue.
