A prime example of a "story"because of who was involved. As if Manziel is the ONLY player in sports history to show up with a hangover or worse. I heard Danny Kanell talking about Saturday walk though practice with the Giants and the huddle reeking of alcohol. The story of Manziel rupturing his girlfriends ear drum should be getting headlines.

I dont think thats the point. Of course there have been many other players that have played drunkk, hungover, etc. Billy Kilmer, Paul Hornung, Max McGee, Joe Namath, Bobby Layne, Kenny Stabler plus more. Thebdifference is that despite their shenanigans, they didnt let their teammates down by acting like a punk in all other area of their lives. I dont even lump Manziel in the same category as these other guys. He's practically trashed an opportunity of a lifetime because of his immaturity and big ego.

The guy is a distraction and has the media following him. This is a result of college football getting too big. Celebrities are ruining the program.

They should put all these guys on one team so we don't have to spend so much time surfing individual team sites or getting spammed by so many sites for the 411, just sayin', :lol:.
