Right Spk. I forgot about the "appeal" process. Suspension will likely get delayed & he can still suit up for week #1.

I heard the appeal will be heard quickly and will likely be denied on NFL Radio yesterday. Can't remember who said it. One of those legal analyst types. Elliott's legal team have already stated their case which was really weak according to the former New Jersey Attorney General who was part of the four person panel who reviewed all of the evidence and statements.
