Is he making good moves though.
So far he is just blowing the team up. Yes they are doing ok now but they still got a lot of high paid vets on yhat squad

A couple weeks ago, PFF reported that they've already cleared $40mil in cap space and that was before the Dareus deal. As of right now, they also have two firsts, two seconds, and two thirds going into next years draft along with a full compliment of day three picks.

All that and a 4-2 record, it looks like they're set up to challenge the Pats in the division for the next few years at least.
