Looks like a draft error. Either adapt the system to the QB or draft a QB who fits the system. Drafting a QB and trying to mold him into a different system doesn't work very often.

WHAT IF? Andy Dalton, Colin Kaepernick and T.J. Yates were all selected before Tyrod Taylor Christian Ponder and Jake Locker were both selected in the 1st round!!
