But I do hope it will be good for women everywhere. That people of both genders won't get away with sexual harassment. Back in 2009 I had to fire an employee that behaved in a totally inapropriate way towards his female collegues and I know he probably isn't the only one I've been around.

I tell you what... As a business owner, all of these sexual harassment charges makes me wary of hiring women. You never know if these claims are legit or not. I'm not saying they aren't, but I think it's strange that they're all coming out at one time. Why don't they report these harassment events right when they happen?

Other allegations in Cantor’s complaint are based not on physical or electronic evidence but rather on her recollections of events and conversations. For instance, she claims that Faulk would ask her “deeply personal and invasive questions about [her] sex life, such as her favorite sex position, whether she liked oral sex, and whether she dated black men.” Cantor also asserts that Faulk would greet her by “fondling her breasts and groping her behind.”

Cantor also recalls Sapp urinating in front of her in the restroom and telling her “Sorry mama, but your office shouldn’t be our s****er.” Further, she claims that Evans would make sexually inappropriate comments to her, such as “you’re making me horny,” and that he “needed to get in you deep and hard.” Cantor charges that her complaints about this alleged misconduct did not lead to corrective action. Cantor's recitation of facts also implicates Eric Davis and Donovan McNabb, both of whom host radio shows on ESPN Radio. Davis, Cantor asserts, made lewd comments around her while McNabb allegedly sent her inappropriate texts.

Goodness, I hope this turns out false. I really like Marshall too.

I question, and how it is now, one is not suppose to question an accuser , but all of this happened in the public company and public office to her by all these guys. No one saw or heard. No one else was harassed.
Okokok.

Dang Marshal Faulk comes across as the nicest, nerdiest guy. I wonder how much of this is true.

If you honestly beleive a man walks into an office and starts fondling a woman's tits and ass you're more an idiot than the world deserves. First, I just looked at pictures of this woman and I wouldn't fondle her breast for free. I wouldn't be surprised by lewd comments, that happens when men and women get around each other. Women ake some of the lewdest comments out there. The difference is men are not trained to become offended and complain. They're especially not trained to complain after they get angry about the lewd comments 3 years later. Many times women are involved in the joking back and forth and it only becomes an issue when they become upset. This is why I don't get involved in those types of things with women. Women are nasty creatures. They're jealous and hateful, it is their natural being. I feel bad for men who try to pretend to be understanding and act like there is any real validity to 90% of these claims, those men are usually the ones you see at home letting their wives rule their lives. They're on this board and it is kind of pathetic.

Because they're generally involved and many times initiate the behavior. It is only an issue when they're angry and scorned.

"Lots of people talking but few of them know the soul of a woman was created below"

I like girls personalities. When they're still young up to about 11 or 12 they are fun and it is enjoyable to tease them and joke with them (to be clear I am not talking about any form of sexual contact or joking). Once they get to 11, 12 and eventually into their teens the ***** and insanity begins to take control. Unfortunate.

Re: NFL Network suspends Marshall Faulk, Heath Evans, Ike Taylor in sex harassment probe: report

True, beyond True Story...

I had a buddy who was a branch manager (excuse me, Vice President) who had one of his tellers text him some off-colored texts on her sick day (monthly sick day) and how it was cramping her weekend plans as she hadn't had any in six months and she was aching...

I told him, especially with him working for a bank, and extra-specially because of all the banking regulations today in no way to respond and that he should take text snapshots and report to two superiors, one being a woman who I'd met on several occasions, so that they'd be aware and he's cover his arse...

Well, he's a bit of an arrogant little f**k even if he's funny as all get-back; and so, he thought he'd handle it and responded to her that she should go to this hot pharmacist in town that all three of us knew and have the two of them get the right "fit" for the problem (now they blast this sh*t in commercials 24/7)...

Boom! Never mind how explicit her texts were complaining about not being able to find a hook up/one-night stand that weekend (she even inquired if she got desperate, what my buddy was doing) - and sho'nuff, he got toasted; didn't work in banking for the next 10 years, while she got add'l two weeks paid time...

What's worse - he had to attend Sensitivity training as a condition to his new banking employment, 50 miles away, and now we can't even be around him because he's such a snowflake with the guys let's tone it down BS; in fact, he hob-knobs with lawyers and social workers so he won't fall back into his faulty ways...

It's a three simple rules really...

One, Find a good woman who's a Tiger on Saturday, a Saint on Sunday and respect her and demand same respect, always...

Two, listen to Tony Soprano and Don't sh*t where you eat...

Third, and this lesson I learned when I was 13, Think twice before you speak (e.g. post, text, sign) once...
