Still, there are plenty of Eagles fans who remain upset by what they felt was a Patriots bias in NBC announcer Cris Collinsworth's play-by-play coverage of the Super Bowl.


It did look like he was in aww more like a fan toward the Patriots
I can recall Cris during the game saying a eagle player complaining about a push off by Gronk to catch the ball that he gotta forget about it and no way the official will call a penality on Gronk. As they showed the replay you can see Gronk pushing off

I feel the same way about Troy Aikman analyzing saint's game. If we can only have Romo as analysis I would be greatful

I agree Aikman has an obvious chip on his shoulder for us. I notice it
most once we get behind then it changes when we pull ahead. What do
you expect for two guys that have vanity mirrors next to their microphones.
And yeah Tony is alright in my book, disliked most Cowboys
but I always liked Romo. Never had a problem with Emmitt or Dorsett either.

In the past I never had any problem with Collinsworth. I’d read other people saying they couldn’t stand him and I would just shrug. But man, he really annoyed the hell out of me in the Super Bowl.
