this is a discussion within the NFL Community Forum; I get the comparisons of Schottenheimer, Sloan, et al - but, he's never had this kind of talent before... Schottenheimer had, what, Bernie Kosar? Earnest Byner? Granted Sloan had Stockton, but Karl Malone? Looked like Tarzan, played like Jane? And ...
