Hopefully they get a innovative coach in there to help Baker grow as a QB.

There is talent on both sides of the ball to win games.

A lot of horrible horrible decisions. They could have got a good FA QB and then drafted Barkley. Tyrod and Hyde? How they even got to a point where that seemed like a great idea I do not even want to know.

Drafting Mayfield was one of the few no-brainers they didn't screw up - Mayfield has to deal with the highest drop rate of any NFL QB...

One win in two seasons - just don't get why they were reluctant to fire Hue Jackson this past offseason unless the GM wanted to draft his team without interference from a new HC...
