I don't think those are exact screenshots of each and if that's the difference I hope PS3 has like a daquari machine in it because for all that extra development and an extra shading group for $300 more isn't cutting it.

PS3 has one huge problem. They promised a cell processor and I guess had to deliver it. Problem is a cell processor is a networking specific processor, the 3 GPU's in Xbox 360 are geared for graphic multitasking.

Gonna be an interesting war here, glad I'm sitting this one out. :D

Another thing what happened to that promised cross platform PS2 to PS3 interface? I thought that one of the great advantages was that you could play PS2 games on PS3?

You can.

And the Cell is as powerfull as the 360's three chips combined.

Plus, that article is misleading. Those PS3 games look the way they do because the developers did not put an equal amount of care into those ports as they did the 360 versions.

The only real differences I can perceive in those is in contrast and gamma.
Seems to me if you play around with the contrast and the gamma you can make the games look just about the same.

This PS3 vs Xbox has turned into a PC vs Mac vs Linux type thingy.
