Other options for visiting fans

I think it would be good to let visiting fans know that there is more to New Orleans than Bourbon St. For instance, Magazine Street has lots of offerings you don't see elsewhere, and prices allow a lot more mileage per dollar. The tavern I go to to watch the Sunday games has some draft beer for $1.50 per pint and some free food and plasma tv's. In addition, new offerings keep popping up along this street.
Maybe the Saints players could learn about this part of New Orleans first, and they might help spread the word.

I don't know Warren... having lots of money and going around the French Quarter can be pretty crazy. There's are tons of bars everywhere... if you get my drift. =]

Alot of fans coming to the city for the first time love doing the tourist thing. As my families tour guide to the city they always want to do more of the local thing. It is the out way dives that they like the most, in the end. In the quarter the best thing is the Court of Two Sisters sunday brunch.

The National World War II Museum is a national treasure

Dedicated in 2000 as The National D-Day Museum and now designated by Congress as the country’s official World War II Museum, this remarkable attraction illuminates the American experience during the WWII era with moving personal stories, historic artifacts and powerful interactive displays. From the Normandy invasion to the sands of Pacific Islands and the Home Front, the Museum brings to life the teamwork, optimism, courage and sacrifice of the men and women who won the war and changed the world.

The Museum is an incomparable experience for all generations and not to be missed on any visit to New Orleans.
