Hey, guys. I'm not really sure if this thread should go here, but I wanted to stop in and say hello. It has been well over a year since I've visited B-n-G, but I couldn't stay away any longer. I was shocked to read the thread about JoeSam. I always enjoyed reading his posts and talking to him on messenger. He will definitely be missed. After a disappointing season, I am hoping that the Saints kick some major butt in free agency and the draft. I know it is a huge pipe dream, but I would love to see Asante Samuel and Alge Crumpler in the black and gold next season. I wouldn't be disappointed to see Zach Thomas, either, to provide some defensive leadership even though he is 35. Let's hope that this next season will be much better than last. Let's get back to the way it was when the Saints were in the NFC Championship.....but one step further.

Welcome back! Believe me, I'm sure Joe misses everyone and thanks for the kind thoughts. It's been a time to make everyone stop and reflect on a lot of things.

with draws are hard. the first thing you must admit is that you have a problem. then you can deal with it. welcome back.

agreed it is still strange. But every time I come here he is alive in my mind and in that his spirit lives on.

Big big bucks. pass on samual. Alge is interesting but age is my issue with him. Attitude also. Maybe he can get another good TE into the FA pool by signing else where. IE the colts. Zach is a leader but not here. I think a ring will guide him. He wants one soon. Baring injuries again we should be in the mix. Keep the faith
