Tonight: Hip-hop flash mob on Frenchmen Street
 

Flash mobs, especially those of the dance variety, are all the rage lately ? locally, Popeyes recently hosted one to promote its healthier menu items, and there was one during Essence Festival. Tonight NOLA Hip Hop hosts one on Frenchmen Street at around 11 p.m.
