Though we'll have to wait for until fall for the third season of Treme to air on HBO, season two will be available on DVD ($60) and Blu-ray ($80) on April 17. Included in the set will be original short documentaries like "Down in the Treme: A Look at the Music and Culture of New Orleans" and "Behind Treme: Food For Thought," in which New Orleans chefs and restaurateurs John Besh and Alon Shaya share their insight into local cuisine.?
