As I type this, more headlines announce another episode in an ongoing saga involving thespian-troubadour Amanda Palmer, hard-nosed mammoth producer Steve Albini, musicians and music websites, all of the Internet, fundraising service Kickstarter.com and opinionated music fans worldwide.
