This year's conclave, held in Las Vegas, had Vice President Joe Biden as a scheduled speaker; President Barack Obama is still in dutch with Vegas pols for a 2010 remark where he suggested that during tough times Americans shouldn't "blow a bunch of cash on Vegas when you're trying to save for college."?
