The*Museum of the American Cocktail's (MOTAC) "State of the Art" event is tonight from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the*Windsor Court Hotel. Besides being a fundraiser for the museum, it provides a snapshot of the local cocktail scene and highlights recent developments.
