Benjamin Booker to perform two nights at One Eyed Jacks in April

Benjamin Booker released his acclaimed self-titled debut album last year on ATO Records ? a feat considering the blues- and punk-influenced rock 'n' roller had barely just moved to New Orleans and was finding his footing as a budding singer-songwriter and performer. Booker also toured with Jack White and has been furiously touring since the album's release, which has been on several year-end lists admiring Booker's unique howl and bare-bones rock 'n' roll.

His only New Orleans show since that album's release was at the 2014 Voodoo Fest.? [ Read more ]
