Spider Stacy of The Pogues to join Lost Bayou Ramblers in August
 For a concert series featuring different bands performing the music of longtime punk band The Pogues, the first band that Pogues co-founder Spider Stacy tapped was Lost Bayou Ramblers, the Grammy Award-nominated Cajun rock 'n' rollers. The "Poguetry" series, Stacy says, was intended to "continue playing Pogues music but with fresh blood to invest it with the heart and guts it deserves." Stacy saw the Ramblers perform in 2010 after he moved to New Orleans.? |
