New Orleans funk band*Galactic released its eighth studio album, Into the Deep, on Provogue Records on July 17. The album spans influences from its 20-year history, from its jazz-backed funk to electronic music, and includes artists like Mavis Staples, JJ Grey, *David Shaw of The Revivalists, Maggie Koerner and others.?
