English post-punks Public Image Ltd. will kick off a 20-date North American tour on Halloween at the 2015 Voodoo Music + Arts Experience in New Orleans. The festival also added provocative electronic artist Peaches, Canadian indie-pop band Metric, electronic producer Steve Angello, and singer-songwriter Ruby Amanfu.?
