And in the end, people were mudsliding to Giorgio Moroder. Constant rain on Halloween at the 2015 Voodoo Music + Arts Experience brewed up a sloppy, puddle-covered City Park, with some set delays, slightly thinner crowds and no signs of anyone slowing down ? packs of fans were still arriving at the festival as Ozzy Osbourne was well into a the day's final, drizzly headlining set.
