The Pink Boots Society is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating and connecting women who work in the beer industry, including brewers, writers, bartenders, servers, distributors, marketing professionals and others. The educational component provides scholarships for anything from a Cicerone Certification online test, which assesses beer knowledge, to a program at a brewing school, such as the Siebel Institute of Technology.

Pink Boots uses social media, through which members can seek advice and arrange meetings at professional conferences such as the Craft Brewers Conference and Great American Beer Festival.
