The Zulu Social Aid & Pleasure Club kicked off Mardi Gras Day festivities promptly at 8:15 a.m. on Fat Tuesday. The krewe rolled unimpeded by the usual breakdowns and gaps that plague many of the larger krewes, and the weather was nearly perfect.?
