CheramieIII, First of all we don't use the moderator tag on here like the standard software assigns and it doesn't show "moderators" online. We use a different way of designating mods so that feature where is says "Moderators:" does not work as it's supposed to and it's planned to be removed.

Second: No way anyone can read every post on a bulletin board. I've been involved with websites for years, NO WAY. We do the best we can.

After we installed the new forum we cut back on mods and haven't assigned new ones. We centralized control of the board until it's completely upgraded. The software is so new it's hard to tell what a "mod" will and will not be able to do. It takes time to work all of these kinks out, and that's what we do in the offseason, which is now.

CheramieIII you've been a good member, I know you're interested in being a mod, but if you notice we are redesigning everything and we won't have this finalized until the season starts.

What good ole boy system are you talking about? It's a major chore and cost ($) to run these kinds of sites, and the money comes out of my pocket. The few people who try to help get thrashed and dogged all the time. I don't see how you're gaining any points with anyone by flaming up the football forum with complaints.

nawlins, You're right. We don't understand it. We offer a great site. It's completely free... no cost at all.

We have great members, then we have the few people who come and use the place like a toilet, poop on everyone, break every rule, are complete jerks, can never let bygons be bygons, and when you edit their tirades or move their thread that's NOT related to anything on the particular board, they are completely psychologicaly bent out of shape and will stop at nothing to dog and trash the site.

By the way, this belongs NOT in the football forum.
