Two faced owner. He's just mad he pulled out the red carpet and got rejected. LeBron isn't the cities property. Had he stayed, you wouldn't be hearing any of this bitter talk. I've read a lot of forums where people are cheering Gilbert on... I'm not. It's a b@$#% move on his part. If I were Lebron, I'd want to put myself in the best position to win as many championships as possible... and that's exactly what he did. Kudos to him for moving on and doing what was best for him... not Cleveland. He doesn't owe them jack squat.

Indeed ... I heard today LeBron increased the value of the franchise by over $100 million. I wonder if it now decreases in value.

On the radio, it seems as if Wade, Chris and LeBron had planned this 2-3 years ago. Might CP3 be next to join them? They are good friends...

When you become an owner in the NBA don't you have to sign the "I promise to follow the script" contract kinda like the wrastlin?

Wow. What a d!ck. LeBron gives seven years of his life to the city, and this is the thanks he gets?

I'm not familliar with basketball, but I've been following this the past few days, and I have to say, after reading this letter, I side with LBJ. Yeah, it sucks when your hometown hero packs up and goes to another city and team, but it's all part of the business.

And in comes Jesse Jackson....

His feelings of betrayal personify a slave master mentality. He sees LeBron as a runaway slave. This is an owner employee relationship -- between business partners -- and LeBron honored his contract.

Bob Ryan and Mike Wilbon side with Jackson vehemently but I say :bs:.

James made Gilbert big money for the last seven years and the cash cow chose to leave. Seems simple to me. But, there's got to be racism in there somewhere right?

Seems silly to me. Anybody have reason to believe Jackson in this?
