I can see either Dantoni or Dwight Howard leaving this off season. The Lakers are a mess right now.

The lakers will be a mess until Kobe goes.The man has carried the team at times but his contract is killing the team and trying to pay Gasol and Howard stupid money means they have no wiggle room.
It's going to be bad for another couple of years.
