RE: season tickets

The following is directly from the Saints Now email I recieve from the Team:

All current Saints Superdome ticket holders have the right to apply their funds to tickets in the Alamodome or Tiger Stadium, or to apply credits toward the 2006 season.

NEW ORLEANS SAINTS TICKET POLICY

Superdome ticket holders may exchange their tickets for games at the Alamodome or Tiger Stadium (based on where each game is played).

* Seats will be held until 10 days before the game to accommodate requests.
* 10 days prior to game day (game day included), all ticket exchanges will be based on availability.

Superdome ticket holders will be placed in a comparable seating location, based on availability.

For tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, Superdome ticket-holders should call 800-877-0898. If possible, customer should have their Ticketmaster confirmation number ready.

Account-holder may also request that money be applied as a credit toward season tickets for 2006.

Ticket refund requests will also be accepted through February 1, 2006. In order to receive a refund, the ticket-holder must work through their original point of purchase. For tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, ticket-holders should call 800-877-0898. All return requests of the Saints should be sent in writing to:

Tiger Stadium

So all I need to do is show up at game time? Will there be an additional cost for home games?

Yes, undertaker. There is an additional fee for attending games. PM me and I'll give you my mailing address. The fee is $20.

Hmm... I'll go through my phone book later tonight and give you a direct phone number to a Saints ticket dude that has been very kind and helpful to me in the past. Assuming he's still living and his phone still rings.

From what I understand all season tickets will be honored. If you need to do any further ticket transitions through Ticketmaster, you might wanna hold tight to your wallet. I dunno. There may be a small fee. Ticketmaster is known for tacking on an additional charge or two. I suggest you check www.neworleanssaints.com for any questions.

Not sure about the "applied credit for 2006". It seems the ticket folks are extending an option for you and other ticket holders to travel, enjoy and support the team and if you can't - "Thank you for purchasing season tickets. You're good by us. Apologies the games aren't in the Dome". If you have receipts for your ticket purchaces, dig 'em up. You may need 'em.

I suspect the Saints ticket office is a madhouse about now. Wow.

Hope that helps.

You have to do more than show up to the games. You need to call the
210-208-9520 number and follow the IVR to season ticket holders. They made me fax a written request ot change tickets to the new stadiums (fax number (210) 208-9561 or mail it to 100 Montana St, San Antonio, Tx, 708203 attention Saints. They will then mail you the new tickets to whatever address you want them to. It is my understanding that you can pick certain games you want to go to and other not to go to. In any case I would definitely make sure you call them. Its a pain getting through but well worth it.

They did say that they have reserved seats in every section to accomadate season ticket holders but that they will be released 10 days before game time if not swapped.

Hope this helps -- GEAUX SAINTS
