Anyway..this upcoming Minnesota game actually scares me a little...

Depsite their last 2 showings...this Minny team is clearly more talented than their performances indicate. They'll probably come out and play "balls to the wall" this Sunday. Hopefully the Saints can bury their season, sending them to 0-3. It would be sweet revenge for the Vikings not handling their own damn business at the end of last year.......had the vikings won 1 of their last 2 games, the Saints would have been in the playoffs.

Yikes. Are my words that important to you? Okay, i'd still take Culepper over Brooks. The Culpepper that is playing now, is the same receivers drop balls, our line sucks, etc etc excuses that were being handed out for Brooks for 4 years now. Give me Culpepper and our team now over Brooks any day of the week, unless you can erase the fact he had 39 TDs last year to only 11 INTs and would have been MVP if not for Peyton's 49 TDs. And that was without Moss half the season. So yup, I STILL would love to have him over Brooks. Guess what? Peyton had a 44 passer rating last game. 44!!!! I guess you'd take Brooks over him too.

You bring out a good point Whodi. Culpepper did well last year even when Moss wasn't on the field. So, if it's not Moss what else has changed. O-line was mentioned earlier, but I think it's more than that. Minn also lost their O-Coordinator didn't they? Linehan, now Miami's OC. This may have been just too much change all at once for Culpepper.

Whodi, where was your name ever mentioned in this thread? You, you, you, .....everything's about you, huh?

I guess Culpepper gets a free pass after playing like utter crap for 2 straight weeks, but Brooks gets labeled a clown after 1 lost fumble in a winning effort.

I agree Scotty. Look at it like Deuce in that two back offense last year. We dumped Fontenot, changed the offensive system, and voila, presto, Deuce looked like instant crap for the first few games. People were saying he wasn't a top 10 back, he lost a step, he was fat and lazy, etc etc, but the changes around him caused that. When they put Karney in front of him, he was Deuce again. At no point did I feel then Deuce was not a top 5 back, and like now, at no point do I feel Culpepper is not a top 5 QB. It's just right now, the changes they have made have all been bad. When they fire Tice, it will even out.

One, why are you trying to start an argument? Seriously? You just PMed me about this thread and me not defending Culpepper, so who else were you talking to? Seriously dude, Give it up.

Two, this has been FIVE YEARS of this from Brooks. Sorry bro, but my memory does not fade that quickly. That's like saying if Sullivan goes to the pro bowl this year, everyoen who thought he sucked for the past two years would be wrong. Well, no. He did suck for the last two years. Things change. How about you change and grow up?

Are you the only Brooks basher in this forum? That message could have been intended for several people. Also, the reason it's called PM is because nobody gives a crap about reading it here. But since you bring it up, i DID make a comment about you defending Culpepper IN THE PM, but nowhere in here did I call you out.

Please don't tell anyone else on this forum to grow up. That's like Richard Simmons telling somebody not to be gay.
