Sad day in the Saintsnation

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I wholeheartedly agree with your list of "keepers", and I would like to add 4 more names to the list. Bentley, Macpherson, Karney (not to be confused with the kicker), and Mitch Berger. Bentley should move back to guard, though ...

RE: Sad day in the Saintsnation

I wholeheartedly agree with your list of "keepers", and I would like to add 4 more names to the list. Bentley, Macpherson, Karney (not to be confused with the kicker), and Mitch Berger. Bentley should move back to guard, though and bring in a veteran center. It's pretty sad that the 3 of the 4 people I added are a 3rd string QB, a fullback, and a punter, but they are the only other players besides the ones you listed that I think should still be there in a post-Haslett era..........And I seriously do believe it will happen after this season. This team flat out stinks.

People shouldn't be afraid of their government. Governments should be afraid of their people.

ANOTHER thread about me and Jake Delhomme? Is there anything worse than one trick pony? I'll just call you Calvin Klein.

One entry found for obsession.

Main Entry: ob·ses·sion

This stalker is upset cause I like Jake better than AB. As a matter of fact, he is obsessed with it. He posts Jake's stats as a first year starter, which are strikingly similar to AB's stats as a 4th year starter as if they are proof AB is better. Sad, but he believes it so you just have to laugh. So anytime I make a disparaging remark about AB, since he is sucking huge eggs this season the defense is, "well Jake Delhomme did......" The normal defenses for AB have run out. It's down to Jake Delhomme EVERY post. Sad. Just laugh Kells, I do.

Well saintswhodi, I'll have to come to your defense. Yes, Delhomme is having an off year. However, I would take him as my QB any day over "the Scarecrow" Aaron Brooks. You know the guy in the Wizard of Oz who walks around singing "If I only had a brain." Don't get me wrong. The guy has loads of talent. But when your IQ isn't even double figures, you shouldn't be at the helm. Delhomme has made mistakes, yes-many. But, they don't come in game winning situations that cost his team the game more often than not like our friend the Scarecrow. Not to mention, he doesn't walk off the field smiling & laughing when he screws his team. By the way, are those dentures?? Offly big to be real teeth?
