Absolutley, we will have open season on free agents and nothing bu a couple of overpaid has beens to show for it in the end...

Oh I agree clean house but having a 'special salary cap' is nuts to me, it isn't going to change anything, haven't the Redskins tried buying a super bowl and they don't even make the playoffs
