Forecast: More of the same

The forecast calls for a 60% chance of fumbles with a 50% chance of interceptions.

For more on this we go to the following excerpt from our man on the street http://www.statesman.com/metrostate/...st_Season.html :

"Haslett dismissed notions that the team play younger, inexperienced players in order to get a grasp on which players can help the team next season. And that includes ideas to bench starting quarterback Aaron Brooks, who threw four interceptions against the Buccaneers, in favor of rookie fifth-round draft choice Adrian McPherson.

"Right now, my job as head coach is to win as many games as possible, and we'll put the best guy in there to win games," Haslett said. "Right now, it's Aaron (Brooks) that gives us our best chance, even with how bad he played the other day (against Tampa Bay). He still gives us our best chance to win games."

During Brooks' 84 games in the NFL, Sunday's game was just the third time he's thrown four interceptions. The last time it happened was 61 games ago in a Week 16 loss to San Francisco during the 2001 season."
