Is it just me or is Tom Benson the female football equilvalent to Rachel Phelps from "Major League"?

With his management disabilities, he had to gotten the idea from the movie.

I can see the resemblance. I don't think he's trying to lose as much as he's not putting forth quality effort towards winning in NO. If he's winning (which would fill the dome), then he can't move.

And it's more than apparent that moving has been his primary goal for quite some time.
