Bills suspend Moulds for Sunday

Mularkey had barred Moulds from practice the last two days. Mularkey would not say why he was punishing Moulds, but it's believed to stem from an argument between the player and receivers coach Tyke Tolbert during Buffalo's 24-23 loss at Miami.

Johnson said the dispute occurred when Moulds left the field after experiencing pain in his Achilles' tendon. Moulds wanted to have the tendon examined by a trainer when Tolbert asked Moulds to get back on the field, Johnson said. Moulds declined and was benched for most of the final three quarters.

I have a serious problem with this. If my #1 receiver, who's been in the league for 10 years, pulled himself out of a game, I would think he had a very good reason, and would not suspend him. If the guy had only been in the league for a few years, ok, I can understand....but Eric Moulds??? Come on....

..almost "Haslettean"... I don't get it either... if I am reading this correctly. Moulds wanted to have his foot checked before going back to the game and the OC wanted him to go and play without having the achilles checked?? Wow...

Maybe it would be because the Mularkey is stupid just like Haslett and isn't that where he started?
