the saint's org. is harder to figure out then where hoffa is.......
haz remains a puppet to the end.........
in reality, i'd be all for giving haz a 2nd chance if he would just come out and say, i screwed up. not that it would'nt happen again, but just admit it.
but here i am wishing in one hand and crapping in the other...........
while the slate begins to be wiped clean, i do not believe we've even scratched the surface yet.
i await the first fired (can't recall his name) to shed the beginning of light to all this darkness we've lived in, when he finally speaks up.........
i remain, (SIGH)...................a saints fan.......................smitty

You can't truly be serious. Major league baseball refuses to give one of the greatest baseball players in Pete Rose a second chance so he can make the HOF even after admitting that he screwed up, so why in the world would we want to give a 2nd rate head coach the same opporutunity with most likely the same outcome? Would we really want to put ourselves through this again? I wouldn't care if Haslett came out in a press conference and ate a pound of my feces on a cracker to keep his job. I'd make him eat it and STILL get rid of it. Saints fans have suffered long enough. Take out the trash and bring in someone new. The Saints organization is about to go through what the government calls "trickle down economics" It's going to start at the top and work its way down. There will be a major overhaul in New Orleans next season. It may not be at every level we want, but it should be significant.

People shouldn't be afraid of their government. Governments should be afraid of their people.

All the shakeup in the world won't help if Venturi's with us next season.

If Venturi is there, his job better only be on the player rehydration squad

Or running out on to the field with those little mats for the players to wipe their shoes on.

while one's a gamble and the others a gambler, i truely believe haz is on strings.........
while the argument is there that maybe, he was a decent player but certainly not a coach, (many yrs and ziltch) i know he'll never be granted full command which is what i would have liked to see.
i think up and down, he was told this is the way it'll be, deal with it............
and as long as benson is owner, i believe this is the way it will continue to be......smitty

no matter who is the coach or qb ......................
