New conditioning coach

Someone mentioned we got a new conditioning coach and now everything will be alright (or something like that). Who is he and what are his credentials?
I'm also looking for a website that lists the player gains and losses by team and a site that has the latest cap numbers for every team.

SAINTS HIRE NEW ASSISTANT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH
For Immediate Release
February 13, 2003

In a move that further bolsters the experience and expertise of the club’s coaching staff, the New Orleans Saints have added Jerry Palmieri as the assistant strength and conditioning coach. Palmieri comes to New Orleans after serving as the strength and conditioning coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars since they began play in 1995. He will assist strength and conditioning coach Rock Gullickson in continuing to build all facets of the team’s strength, speed and fitness.

In 1999, Palmieri was selected by the Professional Football Strength and Conditioning Coaches Society as the recipient of the Coach of the Year Award, honoring his contributions to the profession.

Like Gullickson, Palmieri also has an extensive background in college athletics. He joined Jacksonville after serving as the director of strength and conditioning operations at Boston College from 1993-95. Prior to his stint at Boston College, Palmieri spent six years overseeing the strength and conditioning program at Kansas State. He began his career in a similar capacity at North Carolina, followed by three years at Oklahoma State.

“Jerry is a terrific addition to our coaching staff, said Coach Jim Haslett. “He has run his own program in the NFL for eight years with a winning organization, and he will bring new ideas and energy to a part of our team that is already top-notch. This only makes us better.
