Kiper's mock draft 1/17/06

My best idea is to sign FA Matt Schaub and trade down with the Jets for a OT I prefer Ferguson

I like the mock a lot. Leinart has to be our guy, but that's my opinion, and I don't want to get into an arugment about it. Also, even though Kiper had 6 QBs going in the first round, which probably won't happen (which means that a few of those like Howard or Carpenter might be available at#34), even if all 6 of those guys were gone, we could still get the #1 ILB on the board in D'Qwell Jackson. Or even Abdul Hodge from Iowa.

Hey Deuce the only reason you like the mock is because he picked your boy and Hodge I would not touch with a ten foot pole. Didn't he just have knee surgery?

Trade down Payton and get some more good picks. Your a QB coach, hell you could take AB to the Superbowl. Yeah right!

Jay Cutler 6-4 230 can run and has a strong arm. Wait until the Senior Bowl.

Matt Schaub is out of the question. First, the Falcons are not going to let him go because of the oft-injured Vick. And, second, they would difinitely be guarded against the possibility of him going to a division rival.

Cher, but you'd still take D'Qwell wouldn't you? The guy plays like freakin' Ray Lewis, he kills people. And then he goes and screams on the sidelines and pumps everybody up.
