Reporters Roundtable
 

Tonight's Reporters Roundtable show (6:30-8 p.m. CST, Biz Radio 990 AM, www.bizneworleans.com) will deal almost exclusively with the Saints' hiring of Sean Payton. (We'll try to squeeze in a few minutes on the NFL playoffs, but no promises.)

I'll be joined by former Fortier High, Southern University and New England Patriots defensive back Maurice Hurst. He was a scout with the Cowboys last season and got to know Payton and will share his thoughts on the new Saints coach.

I'll also be joined by Mac Engel of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram to get his perspective on Payton. Finally, I'll be joined by a local reporter (TBD after the Payton news conference) to assess how the Saints did in their coaching search and to look ahead at where they go from here.
