Has anyone heard about those "compensatory" picks?

we won't get any comp. picks... watch and see... tags just tells us that to keep us hoping for something, all the while he knows deep down he wants to move the saints to los angeles... he's wrong for how he tried to look like an ambassador and crap, all the while he's conspiring and renting uhauls for 2007

actually with bentley being a FA and most likely we wont franchise him... not really sure Y... if he does sign with another team and we dont replace him... we will likely get a high comp pick for him....

I really hope we don't lose Bentley. He is the strongest link on that O-line.

One of the links above says we should already receive a comp pick for the Mckenzie deal and with another for Katrina and one maybe for Bentley that makes 3.

I think we will have at least 3 if not more even if Bentley stays. Trade Deuce to a team that needs a RB and sign the Edge at least we know he's back all the way and we can probably get a center and/or DT for Deuce.

The fact that Brooks makes a crap load of money, unless he's cut or takes a pay cut to get traded, no one will be willing to take on his salary.

I'll be extremely happy if the league gave us a 3rd rounder for comp... but I'll settle for a 4th.

We need a 3rd P, the Raiders, Bears, Dolphins, Ravens, or Cardinals would at least give a 3rd and take the salary on. I am hoping like hell one of them do?

We can get at least a 3rd or 4th worse case and it should be done soon way before the draft.

I like your optimism Cher, but I really don't think anyone wants Fumbles for that kind of money. Garbage men of his caliber routinely make about $10-15/hr.
