free agents i'd like to see in a saints uniform
 

well, it looks like there are some good players out there on the open market now and some would be instant upgrades to what we currently have on the roster... such as ahmad plummer at corner, mike williams at tackle, julian peterson at linebacker, ken clancy at defensive tackle, etc. if we'd sign these four guys, resign bentley to a long term contract, draft matt leinart in the first, abdul hodge/thomas howard/d'qwell jackson in the second, and get skyler green in the fourth, i'd really consider the franchise as finally serious about winning. of course, this scenario would likely cost plenty of money but with darren howard and aaron brooks' contracts off the books, it could likely be done...
