OK.....I know that you will all say Mort is full of crap....blah, blah, blah
I don't care, I'm just sharing...so don't shoot the messenger. He was just on Dan Ptrick and said Brees will sign with the Saints before the end of the day and he mentioned the added flexibility this will give us in the draft. (Probably to trade down.) Also said that there are concerns that Brees may not be ready by opening day. Just passing along what I heard.... |

i think they need one pretty bad LOL. it seems they just chose culppepper at price B versus brees at price A. i'm on the culppepper is a bum bandwagon too btw. brees is a little lacking prototypical size but he is mobile, tough-gutswise, smart, and has been only a winner with a team that was atrocious before he arrived. as i have forwarded my fantasy otherwise... Brees + D'Brick or Hawk, then Wroten, +another immediate starter at LB or OT, AND a replacement pick in the 3rd rd at #71
