Breakout Poll

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; The Ray Lewis post got me thinking, perhaps a bit prematurely, about which current Saints player has the best chance to breakout next year and why. What do you guys think? I don't know if Leisle will breakout or not. ...

I don't know if Leisle will breakout or not. I want him to.

RE: Breakout Poll

I think it will be Stinch. He was having an awesome training camp (and I think I remember him being considered a starter) until he got hurt. I think if he stays healthy, he'll have a chance to break out.

RE: Breakout Poll

I hope this doesn't sound so counterproductive, but I'm still waiting for Stallworth's breakout year.

I'd like to see a solid unit on the O-line, so I'm hoping that we have a quality unit (maybe not elite, but quality) from side to side up front.

Speaking of counterproduction, I meant to put Devery Henderson on that list.
I know that Lyman has a big upside but he is an injury prone dude.
I didn't put Stallworth on the list as he's been somewhat productive. He hasn't met expectations by any means but at least he has seen the field as opposed to those listed in the poll not named Fincher.

I'd have to go with Devery.. new system, new qb, blazing speed... I think hes set to explode! I'd love to see Stinchcomb finally put it all togehter though

Shock vote for Lymann... sure hope he doesn't rub off on Brees of Simmons.

Henderson is a good candidate. I bet he does have a good year.

I would have to say Devery Henderson. World class speed & a QB that can actually lead his receivers? Sounds like a break out kind of scenario to me.

Zach Hilton... he had a decent season last year and with the addition of Brees, he's definately going to "breakout". 55 catches 780 yards and 6 touchdowns... write that down!
