this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I was just reading on another site something that could be very good for us. I read that Boo Williams has been working with the new strength coach and is now up to 270 lbs and benching 400 lbs. Sounds ...

Sounds awesome....just one thing. Did he learn to catch? Actually he could catch but last season it\'s almost that he forgot how. I sure hope he remembers, because that 270 lb. frame won\'t help him much.....except maybe blocking.
