hmmmm can this be a pattern

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; atlanta played on thanksgiving last year, the bucs do this year. Have the Saints ever played on thanksgiving day? If they have I don't remember....

I don't ever remember them playing on Thanksgiving, that's not saying much because I don't know what I wore yesterday.

Unfortunately, New Orleans has never had a player or a team with the drawing power to play on Thanksgiving. I know Detroit hasn't either since I've been watching but there's is a tradition thing and so it is for the Cowboys. When we get a team or a player that everyone wants to see play like M. Vick, we'll get a shot at playing on Thanksgiving. Lets hope under the Payton regime we get to see that

mike vick is a great athlete and the falcons can keep him as their qb. hasn't done anything to impress me with his arm as of yet

The Saints will never play on Thanksgiving, the media controllers would never let that happen
