I think that if Hawk lasts that long, the 49ers will pick him at #6.

do we think that the titans will pick young?
I do. It has been very highly documented that there is a rift in the Titans organization about who to take at #3. The coaches love Leinart, and the FO loves Young. I think that if Leinart is there, they'd take him, but if he's gone, then the FO will get there way and snatch Vince.

I have a question, which you'll see reflected in my mock draft, if I can ever get the damn thing posted.

Why would the Jets trade up to the #2 spot? If they are going to trade up, wouldn't it make more sense to trade up to the #1, to get Martin's replacement?

I can't believe someone actually agrees with me. I've been saying that right there for the whole off season... and I'm sticking to it!

Papz, I agree with you on the first 2 picks. I obviously see Bush going #1 like everyone else but I can see us taking Leinart and either trading him or holding onto him to see what happens with Brees. I think it is more likely that we draft Leinart and trade down as opposed to trading down before anyone is drafted at #2.

b/c i dont think they are willing to pay the price that houston would want for the top spot... they would most likely as for both first this year and their first next year... at least...
