That woud be awful for them. Particularly with Brees throwing well in September.

This would actually have a certain amount of poetic justice, considering how they ran from Brees and bad mouthed his injury once they realized they weren't gonna pony up more dough for him. Their back-up appears to be, Joey Harrington if recent reports are correct. I'd rather have had Rosenfels again.

Good point whodi. I'd never like to see Daunte get hurt, but seeing as how the Dolphins turned down Brees and then tried to drag his name through the mud about his injury being too serious, there would be something kinda satisfying about seeing them screwed.

I absolutely love the idea of Culpepper being out. I'll bet they are thinking that Drew Brees looked pretty good after all. Oh, well. Their loss, our gain.

Isn't it nice to be on the other end of one of these deals for a change?

i think it is wqonderful and hope it actually happens. the one thing i have noticed though is there hasn't been an aweful lot of coverage on the matter. maybe i haven't been watching enough but to me the guy that was likely not to come back was brees and that was all over the place. especially when we were all told the reason we got him was because miami was scared of his injury. media bias.
