A maximum of 15 minutes after the draft starts, although Houston will probably only take about 30 seconds to make their pick of Mario Williams. That is when the Saints will officially be on the clock. There is no specified time, per se.

You can just bet that by 11:15 the Saints will be on the clock.

Ha a lil earlier than that for me. I'm in Seattle right now so it's 9ish in the wee hours of the morn for me.
